I'm having trouble figuring out what BIOS I need to download for my EVGA card because there are so many different cards and I'm confused as to which BIOS is for just the standard (no SSC or SC) GTX 260 Core 216, I saw a BIOS that looked as if it were the correct one, but it didn't say anything about being for the core 216 (or does that matter?).

I have an XFX 9800GT 512mb, and a Palit 8800GT 1GB. If I flash the 8800GT to the Palit 9800GT 1GB bios, could I SLI them?

Yes, that should work fine. It will run the 1GB card as a 512MB in SLi.
