Okay, here's my quick question:
When I went to go play CS:S, it said my video drivers were out-dated and needed to be updated, so I went onto the NVIDIA site, selected the options they wanted me to fill out and it found my driver. Now, I go under "Driver Installation Hints" (it says to read) and it says this: * "Download Accelerator" utilities should be disabled when downloading any drivers. * Do not run virus protection software in the background while installing the drivers. This prevents the driver from configuring itself properly. * Before installing new drivers make sure you uninstall all NVIDIA display drivers from the Windows Control Panel. Browse to the Start Menu > Windows Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and search for "NVIDIA Windows Display Drivers" or "NVIDIA Display Drivers" and select remove. When I go to do the third step, I go into Control Panel and Add/Remove programs, etc. and all I see is "NVIDIA Drivers". It says nothing about "Display" in the name. Is this what I need to uninstall?

Yes thats what you need to un-install
The best way to do it is through Driver Cleaner Pro Select the Nvidia drivers and not the Nvidia chipset (do this in safe mode to be on the safe side.)Restart the comp and install new drivers Restart comp and your all done ![]() EDIT: Hybrid, did i ever tell you i hated you
