does anyone know (even a ball park estimate, serious ones please) when the prices on nvidia graphics cards are suppose to drop.

any think on ati price drops?

2) The 8 PIN power connector on the MOBO is 2x 4pin power connectors combined in parallel to draw more power safely. 1x 4pin power plug will work, but you should think of an upgrade.
3) If you're running x64 OS and have more than 3GB ram installed but windows is only reporting around 3GB, Go into your bios and enable Memory remapping.

I don't think so.. but there has been a lot of MIRs that rebate a lot of $$ so thats probably how they're going to get more buyers.

Before price cuts there is always a shortage of supply so it is ain't happening soon ,,, or at least not with Intel price cuts as rumored
