Default Which Everest temp?
What temp do I look at to monitor my gpu temp in everest?
GPU, GPU Diode, GPU Memory?

The one that reads "GPU" or "GPU Diode", these will be the core temp.
You can also use RivaTuner, maybe ATItool with Vista 64 bit.
