Just a Quick question seems my OC thread barely gets answered.

When do i know my FSB has reched its limit, do i keep going till i get errors? Or is there another sign that shows its getting a bit too high?
Also In BIOS where it says my CPU and system temp, is the system temp my NB? if so what program can i use to read that in windows, and what temp should i let it get to?
