What is the difference between all the new revisions of the XFX 8800GT?

The 8800GS is just a temporary counter-strike by Nvidia against the HD3850 (like ATI's 2900Pro).
8800GS = 192bit memory bus, 384mb (and later 768mb) vram
8800GT = 256bit memory bus, 256mb, 512mb, and 1GB vram

8800GT 512mb is still the better choice

I just bought another 8800GT to sli with my palit. I sure hope that my palit 8800 is approved for RMA. If it is, it should be here in a week or two.

Just picked up an XFX Alpha dog.. 512mb G92, 8800gt.. and loving every second of Crysis now.

cpu at 3.3ghz+ stock GPU = 11,700 3d 06 score... quite a jump from the ~6k I used to get w/ my OC'd X1950pro.

Yah I love the performance in crysis. I didn't expect it to be that good, but it blew me away
