My mobo has one PCI-E x16 slot and two PCI-E x8 slots. I am running a single 8800gt 512mb at the moment. Will I see a significant increase in performance if I Sli two 8800gt's in the PCI-E x8 slots or should I save and buy a better card and run single in the PCI-E x16 slot?
Thanks the information. Sorry the late update. I like single card but SLI give you better performance. Regarding PCI-E x16 slot, it is better than PCI-E x8 slot but won't be a big different.
