sgmullins. Sparkle GPU is good. I used their 7600GT more than 1 yr and like it. The Sparkle 8800GT is relatively new and I haven't seen any dealer carry their 8800GT yet. I am sure members will answer your post if they have it.

Firstly i must say thankyou very much for the very quick response, and secondly to say sorry if i appeared rude. This was not my intention. As it is i am very pleased with the sparkle card. While playing jericho i am getting 70fps this is on high settings. The same goes for the call of duty 4 demo, again on high settings @1280x1024.
My monitor is only a 19in so my max resolution is 1440x900, plus this is not an oc card.

Thankyou for the response

Here is a link to latest Nforce drivers, 169.04. Keep in mind that this is a beta driver, but it adds support for the 8800GT card. I was running the .02 drivers and I had a problem with Bioshock. Hoping that this beta version will fix it up for me.

linskingdom, you should add that to the main post.

I was going to put this post in a new thread in a cooling section of this website, but as it pertains to the 8800GT I figured I would just post it here. My case has a side window and a space for a fan. This fan is directly above my 8800GT.

My question is, should this fan be intake or exhaust? I am using a panaflo which connected to my fan controller and it pumping air out of my case at the moment. Is this the ideal setup or do I have it backwards?
