Well I can't wait till I can afford one of those babies! I'm selling one of my rigs (check my sig) just so I can afford one (the only way I can). If I manage to find someone with a GTS 640 at a great price though (better than the GT) I'd be jumping on that instead. But yeah, I am very excited...I might have a computer that can play games that were released past 2000!!!

It might be better to wait for AMD's card in two weeks

Meh, I'm more of an Nvidia guy. My board supports SLI, so one day I could add another if I wanted to for more performance. And from the seems of it 99% of todays games (my rough estimate) are optimized for Nvidia graphics....note the "Nvidia, the way its meant to be played...." at the startup of the game. That's why I'd prefer the 8800GT, and its price is just so appealing for the performance you get out of it!

Yups. Most likely I will wait two more weeks but doesn't matter when they actually come out. It makes my GTS as GTSucks.

I think I am missing something here. The performance and price structure of 8800GT tells me that the rev 2.0 of GTS and GTX may come out soon. Otherwise, how can you explain the $250 card can get the job done that the $400-$500 one does.
