Yeah, another PCI card will fit, but then it's litterally almost touching the fan which would block any airflow into the fan.. You could run the fan pulling air through and that would proably be ok.. Actually I think you could run this heat sink passive and still have it cool better than the stock heat sink with decent case air flow.

I don't think even without fans the Thermalrights will work for me, unless I sacrifice my soundcard.
