I have heard whispers that the G100 core won't be implemented until Q3-Q4 '08 and will used in the Geforce X series. Have you heard similar things?

We don't know yet. The 08 road map is very confusing. For now, G90 still shows between G92 and G100.

Thats exactly what I am thinking sincethey are to release a 9800GX2 with two G92 cores. ATI did the same thing slap 2 cores on one board, to buy them some time. So they can really have something to throw around, something can can stand toe to toe with Nvidias flagship. Now this is my Opinion on this whole thing.
