Results! Mmmmm Not sure which shader clock speed is correct, but I didn't touch it... I only pushed the core and memory... 12400! Not bad for a 9600GT

This is as far as I got with it tonight. I'm gonna test with my graphics at this setting and see how far I can push my CPU to see how high of a score I can work up. But anyway here's what I got for overclocking this thing. I'm pretty pleased

Would be nice to see some comparisons between your default GPU clocks and your OC. Not a good score if default was 10,900.

heh, some of my default scores where better than that and I have a slow CPU. I say some because it seems this card has a mind of it's own. After running all those test today I set it back to default and ran another 3Dmark06 on a fresh restart and got 10,600. Only three hours after getting 11,250 at default. Still yet to brake my record score of 11,764 which was also at default settings. It's like this thing just proforms at random.

Heres with CPU overclocked to 3.5GHz. I just tested it. I think I'll go to bed and push it further tomorrow. I'm tired. But happy with my score

This may be off topic, but has anyone ran the tune stress test that is in the
ntune utility? When ever I run it at stock speeds, it shows 4 little characters dancing around for about 10 seconds then the window just disappears, then after 10 seconds it appears and keeps doing this over and over.

I dont know if its just my card or if that is how the test is supposed to run?

That is how it is supposed to run. I believe it is much like the ATI-Tool artifact scan where it stresses the card and detects errors in the computations made by the card. It sure isn't any fun to watch, but it isn't supposed to be.

My OC seemed to be VERY successful.. I'll have to run another at stock later tonight or tomorrow (it's gaming time!), because I'm pretty sure at stock I was at about 11300, and with an further OC, hitting 12400 and 12600 at a slightly higher clock. This thing has some power to it!

On a side note, how can I get my settings to reload on boot? I know I read it somewhere, but forgot...
