I am really looking forward to the 9800GT coming out.

I have just enough money stashed away for me to afford a nice,9-series, High-end card. I dont, however, want to break the bank. I only have about $230-240 to spend

You wont be able get get a high end card with that much. The high end 9 series, the 9800GX2, is 600 bucks. Besides, you would probably be bottlenecking your processor with something like that

My problem is, The 9800gtx is supposedly only beating the 8800gts g92s by %10, and gtx is the #2 highend card. So the 9800gt and gts have to be less powerful than the gtx. So are these 9800gt and 9800gts' going to be crap cards or what???

Is 2 9800GTX better than one 9800GX2 or we still have to wait until the 9800GTX is released? Just wondering.

Based on all reviews that I read, 2x9800GTX is slightly better than 9800GX2. We need to see how they perform when the new driver comes out.
