Pretty damn stable in games. Doesn't go higher than 64C on load [games]. Haven't tested in 3DMark yet. Will update.

You can update me. Two EVGA 9600GTs SLi. In sig rig. Max bench c900/2200/1053m. V'mod 1.33v on vGPU. So far vMEM increases haven't gained me any extra memory bandwidth yet.

not sure if this is right place to ask but if i buy a 3rd 9800 gtx+ oc or w/e
does it also have to be a 1gb version. I have the BFG 1gb version
can i pair it with the 512s that are cheaper and everywere! And why does my
clock speeds vary between reboots any ideas?

I'm not 100% sure, but I think it will run in SLi as a 512MB card. Keep searching.
