isn't it better to OC with the bios than software? IF I were to OC my card I would use the bios editor but that's just me. Nice GPU & score man....Congrats

As you're probably aware, all graphics cards have certain default clock frequencies. These clock frequencies are set by the manufacturer and are stored in the BIOS of the graphics card. For Nvidia cards, tools such as NiBiTor allow you to edit various aspects of the graphics card BIOS and in turn adjust the default clock settings.
However, overclocking Nvidia graphics cards like this requires the user to boot with a floppy, or flash drive, to run nvFlash. This has to be done twice, once to obain a copy of the cards original BIOS and a second time after editing wih NiBiTor to reflash the card with the edited BIOS. This is one of the only ways to overclock Nvidia cards for those using 64-bit operating systems who struggle to get normal overclocking sofware to function correctly.

If you set something wrong and you fubar your card, theres really no way to recover from it. You can do a blind flash, but thats no better than a 50/50 chance at working... Overclock your video card in windows. Unless your absolutely sure you know WTH your doing. The risks are to great unless your totally in the know about video card bios modding....
