I thought that originally, but the TH2G only supports like 3 17 inch 4:3 screens, not 3 22 inch 16:9 widescreen monitors.

I've got a feeling the vid is hiding something.

Thanks for the comment. I don't feel i went cheap on the WC...I went more for reliability...I have owned several WC setups and i'm by far impressed with the Reserator XT the most...THe case is the same deal, i like the looks, color and size...both options are after all a personal choice and building Personality into your PC.

OK...so to some this build looks like Monica Lewinski, to others Pam Anderson...

Here are some experiences with other brands of WC:-

- Koolance - Pump failed, flow meter cracked and leaked coolant all inside the case.

- Koolance - Noisy 1 kw Radiator, glitchy software on the system controller card

- Thermal take - Flowmeter leaked green coolant all over the new carpet (now that really impressed the wife).

- Danger Den - nightmare routing pipes and bulky clamps...(plumbers nightmare)

With the Beast Master running under full load all weekend, the reserator's temps didn't go above 25'c.

Hope this info helps on why i chose the Zalman brand.

In reference to Crysis Cruncher, thats gonna be a long list...right now though its being upgraded with the 790i ultra mobo and 2Gb DDDR3 (PC1500)...If its OK with you guys i may post a video of it when its complete...

Thanks for everyones input on the Beast Master. I didn't realise Skulltrail was such a controversial topic.

Hope you all had a safe and HAppy Easter.

Trubritar.

Well we are an enthusiasts forum so i guess any remark about this rig being too much is out of place. Trubritar has built our dream machine so...respect to the guy!

My question still remains how much could a rig like that cost today...out of genuine interest that is...who knows i might go and get a loan for a thing like this

Also Zalman might not be as much as a killer combination as some individually selected w/c parts are, but it looks the business and performs well.

Furthermore, with regards to 3DMARK06 i foresee that his scores will get better as drivers for quad-sli emerge/mature. However, 3DMARK06 will never tell the truth about his "octacore" set up since i doubt it it can see all eight cores at work silmutaneously.

Dude once again congratulations on your purchase and had you wished share some more info about it with us, as well as tell us more of your progress with it in relation to performance, benches (especially when Vantage comes out), please do so.

I think you are getting me confused with someone else mate. I am not doubting that the rig is real and belongs to him, its just I would like to know how that TRI SLI 3 screen thing is running.

Who the hell here is being negative? Its a matter of spending more than a downpayment on a house and the performance is going to be near the same of a sub $2,000 computer.

We as a community say logical statements and we're afraid of people's feelings getting hurt.

Everyone spouts "Maturity" and "We're all adults here" yet you act like little children when someone says "Thats a bad cost-performance ratio" or cry whenever someone doesn't approve of your casemod *cough* *cough*

For a gaming system he went about it wrong imho. I just hope he has built this for something other than games.

A Q6600, 790i, 2x 9800GX2's would be exactly the same in performance for games. Sad but true.
