To all the people drinking the hate-o-rade, keep those posts to yourselves. Maybe the guy keeps his house warm by throwing hundreds on the fire? So what? No need to try and bring your e-ego back up a little by putting someone else down.

Acknowledging other members for leaving posts that are beneficial to the forum and it's membership as a whole? Seems like he did by posting up a pretty cool video of a dream machine? confirm/deny?

Anyway, nice system, thanks for sharing.

man I trolled across that video on youtube. I filled the cup. Insane, well built system. Find out what's making it slow because that should get 30k range in 3dmark at least.

And yeah, shut your holes. If he has money let him spend it how he wants.

Hey trubritar, have you further overclocked your system yet? Also if you are into benchmarking what 3DMARK06 marks do you get? I think many would be interested to see how this beast performs. Please keep us posted dude.

Its funny when people say its a waste of money on the best hardware even if less or lower quality hard ware will do the trick. For instance everybodies read here on thwe forum'why are you buying all that, your system will play every game there is'.I say because ITS THERE .Why have lamborghini when a bicycle will suffice?Because we want the best we can get.
Anyway great build man!

Trubritar,

That is a great system and rig you have. I will not speculate on how much it costs and whether or not it is worth it , but in my personal opinion even If I had 18,000+ to spend I would be better off spending around a few thousand on a computer system that I know could be easily future-proofed. I would have no need for such a Monstrosity but you have inspired me to build my own dream rig and for that I thank you (details of my dream rig will be scarce ). I wish you the best of luck and If I may ask how did you're wife react to the news of such a purchase ?.
