Nice setup & wish I could afford to spend like this!

thanks for asking...

I love the Zalman Resonator XT...I does a great job of cooling and at the right sound level. I had a Koolance setup with a real noisy 1Kw rad on the back of the rig... pump failed on me last year and it wasn't pretty...the Zalman has ran without a hickup....if you haven't checked on one before...look into it!

On my Crysis Cruncher rig, it cools a QX6850 and 3 8800 superclocked ultras...it keeps tthe temps below 50'c. so it seems to be doing something right....it doesn't however look as radical as some of the other options though.

Sorry!

Trubritar.
Well the hardware is impressive, you should maybe start reading up on the wealth of info on these forums and raise the level a little higher.

At the moment it's just wasting away, need to unleash the potential of the system and even get some nice cooling on there.

I'll tell you the reason why your system performed poorly in the benchmark though compared to mine, because in the current situation CPU power isn't the limiting factor, it's GPU power which is holding you back.

You have so much CPU power it's scary, but that's doing nothing for your performance and those two 9800 GX2s sitting on stock speeds are getting a beating.

You should be looking into some decent watercooling on the graphics cards, that's honestly where you get the most gains when it comes to gaming.

I assume you have a monitor to match also, at least a dell 30" at 2560x1600 would be ok.

You could probably run a couple games of solitaire while listening to a cd all at the same time on that thing!

Don't hate the Playah...Hate the Game.

Those cards are way cool...big black bricks of poison...yep.

I think once drivers mature (where have we heard this before?) your performance will only improve.
