Default Overclocking XFX 8600 XXX?????

Lo ppl

Currently using the xfx 8600 xxx, was wondering if it performs much better being over clocked? if so how much and which software would you recommend for doing it?

Slightly off title, im looking at getting a 8800 very soon, my limit is about £200 so was thinking xfx 8800 xxx or the Ultra edition. Or would i be better off getting a 9800 GTX 512mb?

Thanks for the advice guys

Greg

i thought the GTX 768mb was better than the GT? does the (g92) make more difference than the extra 256 memory?

There's not much difference between the 8800GTX and 8800GTS (G92 not G80) and the 8800GTS is cheaper Take a look at this.
