![]() Hax? Don't think so. I'll teach you how. ![]() Ingredients: 2 identical cards to run in SLI ;I'm using 8800GTX SLI, but if you wanna do 7300GS SLI, I won't argue. ![]() 1 cheap nVidia card (PCI, PCI-E x16, or PCI-E x1) ;my weapon of choice is a PNY 8400GS. It's cheap and it doesn't need any more power than it gets from the motherboard. Procedure: 1. Shut off your computer. 2. Install the 3rd card. And no, that AGP card won't fit in the PCI/PCI-E slot, and don't forget the SLI bridge! 3. Fire it up and Vista should automatically put that 3rd card under the control of your current drivers, notice you can no longer enable SLI. 4. Restart. 5. Now all 3 cards should be running happily independently, and if you go to Display Properties, you'll notice that you can run up to 6 monitors. 6. Navigate to Device Manager, and under display adapters, right-click on that 3rd card and disable it. 7. Restart. 8. Open nVidia Control Panel, enable SLI. It'll ask you to restart, click yes. 9. Now open Display Properties again, only a maximum of 3 monitors this time! That means the first 2 cards are running in SLI and the 3rd card can now be running all those monitors you have. 10. Enjoy! Credit I didn't discover it. I'm only a messenger. ![]() Credit goes to FredrikMH on SLI Zone forums. Link: http://forums.slizone.com/index.php?showtopic=14989

Not really. It works on XP too, but since XP allows 2 different drivers to run at the same time, plugging in an ATi card works. I tried with a HD2400Pro in XP and I just install the driver and everything ran fine.

In XP I guess you can use pretty much anything to add onto your setup.

When I followed your steps, and if everything follow's through, I am just wondering when finishing those steps, in the NVIDIA Control Panel, the SLI Configuration tab is gone, is that suppose to happen?
