that's so strange.. I don't know why your fan doesn't work. Mine works fine in Rivatuner v 2.06

yep fans a problem. you can always do this:

I just unplugged the VGA fan from the cards pcb and hooked it directly. there is always water too . curious about 2.06 though, sup with that??

@porky, 81 is really high - GET ON THAT!!! and try oc'ing the ram when it is cool, I find it is sensitive to heat. maybe stuck with bad ram though

Sound like your multipler is not set a 9x, i had this when i dropped it to 8x and clocked to 3.4 3dmark said it was 3.6

It's because 3DMark Always reads your max mutliplier x your FSB

Would like to see if fan issue works with Riva Tuner v2.06. Can someone post link on where to download? Everywhere I search it redirects me to 2.08.Thank you

Riva Tuner v2.06 does not work for this fan issue for me. Tried multiple fan settings.Always lowers. Hopefully a fix is out soon besides having to mod

That's just so weird... give me your msn, i'll just give you my install file. I have no problems whatsoever with fan settings... :S anyone else needing 2.06 can pm me with their msn.
