Default 8800GT Price at Circuit City

So I went to meet with the manager today at CC about a job. While I was waiting I walked around a bit and looked at what all they had in the PC department. I saw the normal overpriced hunk of junk Velocity Micro pc's and over priced monitors. Then I came across their GPU area. The ATi Prices weren't too bad. $60 for an HD2600. Still high but not as bad as what I'm getting to. I then came to the Nvidia section and I about hit the floor. They want $265 for an EVGA 8800GT Vanilla ON SALE. I know nub retailers like to jack up prices but good lord...

I should have my sister's friend just "grab" a few.

I never seen anything higher than a 8600GT 256mb at any other store than BB.

Lol they only had one in stock too. And the prices on the Velocity Micro's are sickening. like $1600 for a phenom 9600, 2gb of DDR2, and a single HD3870. Fail.

X1650Pro at Best Buy for $206.99. If I ever make a stop at BB, I browse the video card section for a good laugh. Not to sound rude, but people buy these items simply because they either don't know any better and/or are too lazy to simply price check on the 'net for the same item (or a better item for less). It's kind of sad.

I honestly couldn't work at Best Buy (or at least not in the Computer department). If someone were to grab one of those cards, I simply couldn't resist telling them to get it online for less than a quarter the price (or get something much, much better for the same).

As far as tits are concerned yes. Graphics cards? They should follow the same rule. However the 4870x2 defies this rule and has only one tit, but with two nipples.

Many people are afraid to buy stuff online. They think the second they do that someone is going to steal their Credit Card number. What they fail to realize (Including my grandpa) is they are more than quadrupling the risk when they hand their Credit Card to a waiter/waitress to pay for dinner in a restaurant.
