First Time Build

Which should I get for oc'ing. The SC is $20 more. Is it worth it? Will I still be able to get above 700 mhz core gpu? Preferably without a volt mod or bios mod.

Yea go with the regular version. The superclock is not worth it. You can easily reach SC speeds on your own. I bought a 8800GTX SC when they first came out and payed an extra 70 dollars for the SC version. Biggest 70 dollar waste...
