169.25 slow d/l speeds
Is this a new drive? I just reinstalled vista and I was setting up the video drivers. For some reason I'm only getting 5 KB/s on downloading it. I remember the nvidia website being much faster than this.

That is slow. Dont worry about the 169 series. Get the 174.xx series. Ive used 174.74 for a few weeks and they were great and today I got the beta 174.93 and they are even better. 20+increase in 3dMark. Try the 174 series. I think youll be happy.

I dropped off almost 2000 3DMark 06 points with the 174 beta drivers with my 8800GTS 640Mb. I have heard great things about them, but for my card they are crap.
Just another reason I wish I would have waited for the 8800GT to come out.
