8800GTS 320MB is a great card. I really didn't have many issues with mine at all besides for games that require the cards with more VRam. I remember when they used to be $300, for $88 it's a steal.
__________________That said, going from an 8800GTS 320MB to an 8800GT 512MB, I did notice a difference at 1680x1050 on the more memory hungry games. It wasn't the biggest difference, but it's noticeable.

I still have my 8800GTS 320 and I used to have an 8800GT.
__________________In some games, there was little difference. However, in shader heavy games, such as STALKER, the GT was close to twice as fast. The extra memory on the GT also comes in handy. Still, if you can get an GTS 320 for 88 bucks, go for it.
