Im not sure if these is even worthy of a mention, but some of the Media elites from HP are now shipping with the 9800GT.
http://h10010.www1.hp.com/wwpc/uk/en...-81670492.html Ive also seen a Model available from PC World in the UK that ships with a Phenom 9500, 4GB Ram, 1TB Hard Drive and the 9800GT for £899.

That's pretty crazy... Didn't know HP threw decent graphics into anything besides their Blackbird.

I just got the HP M9300T 3 weeks ago with a $430 off coupon from a site called tech bargains.net or com I forget.
Since I was getting the $430 I upgraded the setup as much as I felt it was worth to do 799 upped to 1679 -instant 430 for online users end up paying 1299+tax Main stuff I got Home Premium with media center with remote Intel chip set MFG ASUS Intel Quad core 9450 2.666 1333FSB 12MB cache Samsung 4GB DDR2 PC6400 Hynix 2GB total 6GB OEM nvidia 9800GT 1024MB MFG Sparrow looks just like the 9800GT at nvidia but with blue PCB board instead of normal green. Blue ray/HD/DVD all in one MFG LG The TV tuner (non ATI ) 500GB Sata2 Hitachi I added to the setup a Dell 24in 19by12 or 1080HD I am running Logitech 5500 5.1 THX/ DD Movie/Music/DTS DTS-ES 2nd 500GB same HD replaced PS with 750 the 9800GT ocs very well for oem 3dmark 06 before ocing anything in pc 12k The 9800GT is just a 8800GT with GB of ram It loves Crysis the game and the rest of the FPS. Ok my HP 9800GT 1GB with older 65 die does max overclocking for me at
GPU600@675/Memory 900@1000 effective 2000MHz 1.5 shader nearing 1.7 No ocing of anything 12,100 So not to push the card too hard I am just overclocking the videocard 665/965 max 12900-13400 max in 3D mark 06. Last edited by Pcman : 08-23-08 at 09:40 AM. |
