My sig PC wonf boot , led's flash for a giffy and shuts off

New to Overclock.net
|
its just been few seconds , there was a power cutoff and i could'nt shutdown properly , now the system refuses to boot , and led's glow only for a giffy , plz help me out and thanks in advance

Unplug your PSU for an hour or so with the CMOS battery out. That is if you havnt tried that already...

Sound like PSU, short, or heat issue.

The power outage certainly affected something, either PSU or motherboard.
Have you got any spare PSUs that you could try out? Have you tried removing all power, resetting the CMOS/BIOS and trying again? Also, worth trying the old method of hardware elimination.

yeah tried all , booted pc after 30 min , clearing cmos n shutting off supply , then tried removing peheripheral one by one trued booting but its the same , btw there's no beep !!t!!!!!!
i've got my exams , mybe i'll pack it up , this seems like a psu failure , then rma it after exams !!!!! thanks all , it was worth a try , if you find anything which could solve the issue plz tell me , will check the thread , thanks all
