I have been having tons of random crashes that I originally thought were due to my overclock.
__________________After clocking it down I am still having these issues. The system hangs up and crashes it could be while surfing the web or just sitting on the desktop. I let the windows problem center run and it always is tied to the nvidia drivers. So far I have removed the old drivers. Ran driver cleaner pro and installed the newest Nvidia 64 bit vista drivers but the problem continues. I am not sure what is the problem. I can run 3dmark06 and play games but I get these random crashes dealing with the drivers. Any one have any advice or driver version they know works? 8800 Ultra doesnt seem to like Vista 64 bit.

Try a different Driver a newer one or older.See if its really a driver issue.

I have tried older and newer drivers but to no avail so far. I went ahead and emailed EVGA just to get the ball rolling or see if they had anyone else having issues and they replied that if the drivers had a clean install there is probably no problem.
__________________He went on to say that sometimes windows reports a crash caused by your RAM as a video card driver error and to run memtest again. So I let it run while im out yesterday to come back and find 396 errors so now I got to figure out what is wrong with that and hope that is really the problem and I havent discovered problem number two.... thanks so far...
