Dude thats slower than what most get with 1 overclocked card

Something is not right!

check PSU connections, clean drivers and reinstall using OFFICIAL WHQL not the modded stuff.....

I think it's a conspiracy with the 5xx chipset and the 8xxx series cards (lol)
as Ive been *****ing about since february, since I got my second card, it just doesnt work the way Id thought it would.

(hope R700 works the way I think it would, )

I know it droped in proformance from only one card! They are overclocked to 700core/1800shader/1000mem Whats Wrong?

nope, ur PSU is adequate, depending on its age id supposed

I ran my 8800GTS 512's on a 550w RoseWill... till it died like a week and some change ago x.x

as it stands you have dual 12V rails with only 20A each which i do not think is enough for SLI..... you might be boned by that PSU
