Dude thats slower than what most get with 1 overclocked card
Something is not right! check PSU connections, clean drivers and reinstall using OFFICIAL WHQL not the modded stuff.....

I think it's a conspiracy with the 5xx chipset and the 8xxx series cards (lol)
__________________as Ive been *****ing about since february, since I got my second card, it just doesnt work the way Id thought it would. (hope R700 works the way I think it would,  )

nope, ur PSU is adequate, depending on its age id supposed
