as it stands you have dual 12V rails with only 20A each which i do not think is enough for SLI..... you might be boned by that PSU

No the PSU didn't include anything it was a box and a PSU!

Ok ran a test at 1280x1024 with no AA. and only got 4712 SM2.0 score? so it must be a CPU or PSU bottleneck right?

don't really think you would see a great improvement in power at that resolution SLI is for scaling and handling large resolution or thats what I have been taught anyway

CPU got a score of 2229 at defalt settings! but this is a Dual Core at 3.2 GHz shouldn't it be higher?
