SO you think the PSU will be better becasue i can not get the PSU and the Quad core. Im a Gamer on a budget. In a year or so i will beable to buy the Quad.

Ok ran a full system test with defalt settings. It got 3DMark Score-11268, SM2.0-4735, HDR/SM3.0-6324, and CPU Score-2201

I will install the orginal Nvidia drivers the 169.xx not the 175.xx that was on them and rerun the test!
