Well I'm no AMD expert but is it possible that the CPU your using is bottlenecking the GPUs?

What games are you testing?

Try running GPUZ to see if there is any problems. Swap between the 2 cards in GPUZ to see if there are differences.

Also, run 3DMark (06 or Vantage or both) without SLi. Then run it with SLi. Compare the scores.
If there is an increase in score - then you're fine.
If there is no increase, then try reseating your cards, cleaning out your drivers, and then reinstalling drivers.

Have you checked in your bios for an option called "Broadcast SLI" or something of the sort thats related to SLI operation?

Im not familiar with the M2N32, but the M2N-SLI Dx doesnt have any options, it's worth checking though

Do i phsicaly take out card or disable SLI in Nvidia Control Panel to benchmark?

just disable SLi. in ncp
ANd btw, at resolutions under 1600x1200, Sli isnt really advantageous.
e.g. When i run TF2 @ 1024x768, i notice no fps increase, yet a slight decrease.
But when i run it at 1600x1200 with 16x AA and 16x AF, i get a 60% fps increase.
