Default Multiple Displays with new componet cable

So I paid $40 for this cable at radioshack, the price is of the essence but what bothers me is that on XP nview worked and downloaded fine. On vista I seem to be having a problem finding my multiple display wizard to have my computer detect the cable via the s-video slot. I am confused, any tips?

Anyone? I have searched my computer up and down for multiple display wizard and can;t find it. Is it something that only comes with nview? I know I had no problem settings up multiple displays on XP. Is there another program I can use to do the same thing I am trying to do?
