by the bios, yes, by the hardware, no

also note, i have a bit higher speeds as BIOS settings, thats why i recommend using NiBiTor to edit your original BIOS

I got a 802/1874/1070 OC on my 9600GT MSI Dual Slot (red) from the stock and I idle 38-39C and Load 44-46C MSI coolers on dual slot cards ftw

Nice OC though
