Default Hybrid SLi issues

Alright I just got this motherboard and sure its not the best but it supports hybrid SLi (This is the motherboard

And well

I have an 8800GT by XFX and From what I've read it supports Hybrid SLi but my sources can be wrong since its from people on aim so can anyone help me try to enable Hybrid SLi

I was told to just plug my monitor into the onboard display adapter and start the system but the monitor doesn't turn on when its plugged into the onboard and therefore I cannot continue with the other steps.

any help?
