Enabling PhysX requires a PhysX card like this:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...1246&Tpk=physx

That's the PhysX card I have. The difference isn't huge, but the main thing it changes is the lighting effects, it makes them much, much more vivid. From what I've heard, PhysX is phasing out already. Not enough companies want to use the Ageia engine, but don't quote me on that. It's just what I've heard.

start menu/nvidia/PhysiX properties/settings/GeForce Physics should be checked if you have it

I don't have a PhysiX card, only the drivers, no card needed anymore.

you need to get the 177.39 driver, it has physX built in it, also it boosted my framerate by about 5 fps in crysis

uuum if your talking about the PhysX boosting instead of the driver.....lol sorry to say but Crysis doesn't support PhysX...although there is a possibility that although its not Nvidia PhysX the GPU still may take over the regular physics...???

im not saying physX boosted the framerate, its the driver itself, although age of empires supports physX and i have amazing framerates with PhysX enabled

Apparently my 8800gt isn't a PhysX card because after installing 8.07 it says no PhysX processor installed.
