Ok, now that I have my new GTX 280 after getting my new 24" Sammy, I wanted to run some Vantage benchmarks. Well, I ran Performance just fine but when I went to run High and Extreme, it starts to load the first benchmark and it throws an error saying it couldn't initialize the vertex shaders. I can play all of my games just fine, at 1920x1200 and maxed settings. No artifacts, no problems, and 3Dmark 06 runs fine.

Why is Vantage doing this? I already tried re-installing it too and no luck.

Wish i could help, i haven't had any problems in vantage, but i cannot do custom runs since i bought the poor mans $6 version

I would try to do some stock speed runs first if you have not already.
