Default Should I get the 9800GTX+?

Unsure what to do again, basicaly I sold my GTS which I now regret.
I was planning on buying a GTX280 when I get the rest of the cash together, but i'm having a hard time and it may be at least a month before I can afford it and a new PSU, leaving me stuck with this annoying EN6600GT Silencer.

So I was thinking I could just get a 9800GTX+ (£130) which I could buy tuesday, untill I have the cash for another and SLI them? Would work out the same price as a GTX280 ;l I should of just bought a used GTS I know. I'm also getiing either a 22" or 24" monitor btw.

I would rather wait it out and get the single card option but I don't know how long I can stay sane with this 6600, so would I really be missing out on that much if I went with the 9800's? Plus if I actualy did wait and save, prices might drop more whilst saving.. I HATE decisions.

I have an SLI board so please don't recommend anything ATI :P

Get evga or bfg gtx+ then step-up to the 280 when you can.

Justin is right. I would purchase a 9800gtx+ from a company with a step up program, such as eVGA or BFG, who will allow to keep the card for 90 days and then use the price you paid for that card within that 90 days as a credit towards another card from the company.

As you only step once I would hang on until I got the 2800gtx and then step up from that.
