i noe i need a new comp.

i'm just interested if there is a graphics card better than a fx 5200 that can be put in this rig without a good PSU. i dun have the knowledge that you guys have with graphics cards, please help.

Any card that would be any good would probably require a psu upgrade since it's AGP.

What do you mean by 80% full speed. If your going to get anything out of what you got right now, there will not be anything better then 6200 because of your crap psu.

I wouldn't get anything more than a Geforce 6200 on that thing

You should really get a new comp
(Even the cheapest prebuilt you can buy these days would be an improvement)

sorry, 80% meaning, the game runs but with slight lag at points.

i had a read at the 9800pro and it seems to require 18+amps on the 12v rail?
is this correct?

would a 6200 be more suitable?
any other suggestions without a new PSU....

my cpu does not bottleneck the games i play (mostly emulation)
