Make sure the fan is spinning. Could be a dead or clogged fan. Also, if you have the ability to monitor GPU temperature, check it out while it's running ATITool or FurMark or something else that is stressful. You can download GPU-Z for temperature monitoring, or use the built in software that comes with the nVidia drivers.
If it doesn’t show any temps anywhere, it could actually have no temperature sensor. I can confirm this, since many smaller Asian manufacturers tend to cut down on everything pretty much, at least as far as older Radeon GPU's are concerned. |

Hmm okay. The fan is deffinantly spinning i know that for sure. Could it be my PSU??

Check the temperature with ATI tool. You may have to reseat the heatsink.

u can try reinstalling the driver for it or something. maybe install the driver that came with the card itself

I would check out the temperatures first. Does it start artifacting right away, or does it take a minute or two? If it takes few minutes to start artifacting then it could be temperature. Also, does it happen in any other games?
Like I said, I would recommend you run ATITool artifact tester or FurMark. |

Its in the bin now. It artifacts as soon as the computer is on and it doesnt even output display to the monitor anymore. It's deffinantly fried.
