Noone said it was an Ultra, it was said it was ~8800GTS 512 KO, which uses the a g92 like the 9800GTX, not a g80.

The 9800GTX definitely does SLI wonderfully though.

This guy does.

Judging from multiple reviews I've looked over, it does perform ~ the same as the 4850 and 9800GTX+, but it sucks up quite a bit of power.

My 9800gtx+ stock at 1280x1024 on Crysis Warhead with settings to enthusiast gives me 68 - 72 FPS. I would love to see a G92 stock do that

The GTX+ is on par with the HD4850, and the latter is 160$ LINK It's much too expensive for what it offers.

For 199 you can get a 1GB 4850 with custom cooling and a WoW coupon HERE

This isn't a GET AN ATI post, just that the 9800GTX+ can't justify in any way the higher price. Besides, the GTX+ is quite a small upgrade from what you already have.

I'm not buying hardware based on what gains OC'ng will do. My point is IF i OC my card the G92 will not hang so yeah what's to think about. I want certain items in my rig to last a while and at stock my card has a long ways to go.

If price is a concern the 4870 is the answer!
