Default Can any of the newer 6200s can be unlocked?

I am planning to build a budget system for my sister and I was looking at the PNY 6200 128MB on Newegg. I bought the same product a month ago but somehow it is more expensive and looks different. Personally I love my 6200 and I unlocked the pipelines and OCed with no problem. But I am having a lil doubt on this one. Is there a difference b/w the older and newer chips? I would prefer to buy a 6200 that can be unlocked and OCed nicely. Thanks for the inputs!
