Cool 9800 GX2 Overclock recomandation??

Hi, I have the EVGA NVIDIA 9800 GX2 (the original edition: GPU 600 MHz, Memory 1000 MHz and shader clock 1500 MHz)

I don't have the water cooler for this card and i may buy it potentially but for now, i just want to know the stable overclock that you did with an air cooled 9800 GX2 original edition.

Thank you

I'd leave it stock until you acquire better cooling, those things get hot.

you could prolly do a few mhz oc maybe 20 on each at the least

edit: do u play crysis and if so what do u play it at and what fps do you get

I was running it at 1440x900 at very high and getting 40fps but it would dip down to like 19 fps a lot at weird places

GX2's are pretty heat limited with their OC's from the things I have read over on XS..once cooled, even GPUv + CAPS + Inductors, only helped the OC.. they didnt make it. Best results were with the coldest GPU's.
