I can't get myself to do that because it is having some problems with video output. The only person that I would sell it to, if it worked fully, would be my friends. Yet, it would be nice to get about 60 bucks back in my pocket.

When I said whether or not it would be worth it to pay 20 bucks more, I meant for a 9800GTX+. If I was talking about getting a 4870, I would definitely pay that extra 20 bucks.

I would definately go with the extra 20$ of your maximum budget and grab a used 4870 from the For Sale section.
