I even asked them to ship it part by part, I should have been more persistent.

Its covered, but I don't have time to send parts back and forth, I work from home as a graphic artiest and right now have a contract I need to get done. I'm probably going to have to buy new parts, send the damaged ones back, then return the new ones. Right now CS3 is barley running and rendering is becoming a problem, not to mention the random blue screens.
