I was late picking this up, Ive only had the 260 about 3 weeks. In a few instances I notice frame rate drops and stuttering and sometimes Aero turning itself off, I thought maybe it was this problem so I did this walk through. My CPU doesn't help the situation but at least I know it wont be this down clocking crap.

I just had this problem, never had it before until the 191.07 drivers. I looked at fahmon and noticed 4200 ppd for 353 pointer, then opened precision to see it clocked at 400 core/800 shader :[. Thanks for this.

I'm having this problem currently. RivaTuner is unusable for me because of Vista 64. Any advice on how to get this fixed?

RivaTuner should work fine in Vista x64.

It tells me the drivers are unsigned, and I've set Vista to ignore that.

Additionally, the creator of RivaTuner, on the RivaTuner forums said he has no plans to get the drivers signed because that will cost money.

Anyone know how to get around this?
