Can you run Vantage with physx disabled?

Nice, that's what I get at 4.0

Hmm I did that alreadly, but it's not showing anything new in the hardware monitoring, I must not be doing something?

I wish I could hit 4ghz

Updated RT and it's still the same, I enabled it in plugins, then i'm supposed to enable it in the setup right? It's not giving me the option to in setup or anywhere else..

EDIT: Just booted into XP to try, enabled it but no joy. This is going to annoy me now, damn you!

EDIT 2: Never used it before but I figured Nibitor would show the voltages right? So I just saved a copy of the bios with GPUZ then opened it with Nibitor.



It seems I totaly forgot you said under load, I think it's time for bed.

EDIT: Switched back to the 181.00's, while the 185.20's boosted my vantage score I lost over 20FPS in Far Cry 2, Nice for benching but suck for gaming ;l

Holy moly this thing is big compared to my 8800GTs!

Weird thing is Newegg states the specs as 576/1998 but the actual stock clocks are 626/2106!

So far I am impressed with how cool it stays under load!
Been folding with it for about 20 minutes and at stock this thing only goes up to about 77'C fan speed at 48%. On my 8800GT, fan speed at 100% it would be at about 91'C!

Gonna get to the OC'n in a little bit.

Hmmm, I was hoping to see 1600mhz+ shader achievable with these 55nm cores... Don't know if this is at all applicable given their different cores/mem/PCB design/ect but when ocing my G92 GTS there was a correlation between stability and temps. For example, up to 700mhz core or so the fan could be left on auto and temps under load would reach as high as 80°C while remaining entirely game/bench stable. However as core/shader were increased stability could only be maintained at lower and lower temps. Eventually 55-60°C was the max temp threshold and that allowed me to bench up to ~840/2106 and fold ~820/2052(I couldn't fold on the higher shader strap).

Long story short maybe you guys are running into the same problem, OCing and temps = negative relationship(with respect to stability). My solution was to wait for a cold night then cut off heat and following morning bench @ near freezing.
