I want to buy a 285 Black Edition. Are there any waterblocks on the market right now that support the 285, or do they carry the same form factor as the 280?

they are excellent cards in my opinion, I waited for these instead of buying the 280, they use of less power, run cooler and they oc like a champ bought mine with a 702 oc and run fairly cool and was able to oc to 744 on air with no problem and going for higher when I get the time

Do you get any squealing noise with this card when its under load.I get it but its a common issue with alot of 280 gtx's.
So far I have overcloked it to 715 on the core and 1323 on the memory. How far have you overcloked it to

It's not worth it- it's just basically an EVGA "SSC" gtx 280 55nm revision

Just has a slightly faster clock and is 55nm- not worth the money imo- for much less you can get a 4850x2 or two 9800gtx+ in SLI that can outpreform it by far.

mmmmm, I have rivatuner installed, but am not to familiar with it. Looks like idle core is 47C, I played farcry2 for a bit and it got up to 70C. Fan duty cycle stayed the same at 40% or 1430rpm.
