Default overclocking physx card useful?

Hi I'm new to this physx thing and all I know is that you use a seperate graphics card for physx. Would it be useful to overclock that physx card or no?

Thanks

Shader clock is going to be the overriding factor for PhysX performance.

So yeah, if you are running a PhysX game and are limited by the performance f your PhysX GPU, OCing will help.
