I would get the EVGA SCC cause It's 55nm compared to the XFX Black edition which is 65nm, and No your CPU and PSU are perfectly fine.

I bought the EVGA SSC from scan

Great card, if you don't have bad luck it should overclock nice too, if you had been buying it earlier, scan had it for £200 last week..

EDIT: Heh I just checked my deleted emails to see if I still had the link, since the offer only showed by clicking the link in the email but it's gone

my PSU won't even have trouble running it?

so the 55nm runs cooler? bit quicker?

The PSU should be fine although pushing it a little, i've the found the 55nm to run cooler than the 65nm and if the SSC you buy overclocks anything like mine then yes it will be a little bit quicker...

The 55nm is the better choice, You get the 90 day step up also, and when aftermarket coolers come out for it you will be loving it.

You will be able to run (2x) GTX260 SLI with 750TX Corsair, One GTX260 is around 189W.

I don't know if 55nm runs cooler but from what I've seen it overclocks higher.

I doubt it, you would have to get a VERY good overclocking card to hit those clocks and keep it really cool.
